Across the 2023-2024 academic year, the University received multiple letters from the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives for its handling of pro-Palestinian protests and reported incidents of antisemitism. These interactions ultimately culminated in Rutgers President Jonathan Holloway's testimony before a House committee in May 2024, for which Alexandria traveled to Washington to cover.
